3 Clever Ideas to Host the Best Super Bowl Party EVER

There are two types of Super Bowl party goers:

BALL IS LIFE vs. HALFTIME, COMMERCIALS, & FOOD OH MY

Or maybe you’re both. Either way, we have some clever tips and ideas to make sure your guests are guaranteed to have a good time.

When in doubt DIP it out. This dip is a crowd favorite and has even saved friendships between opposing team fans. If you look up “Super Bowl Party” in a dictionary, this recipe is listed FIRST. Introducing the dip, the myth, the legend, the Buffalo Chicken Dip. There are tons of ways to make sure this fits all your guests needs so see our suggested substitutions.

    Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature (dairy free? replace the dairy listed in this recipe with cashew cheese sauce)

1/2 c. sour cream (or vegan sour cream)

    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1/3 c. Buffalo hot sauce (we used Frank’s RedHot)

3 c. finely shredded white-meat rotisserie chicken (vegan secret weapon - ARTICHOKES. They shred similarly to chicken too)

8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated (no need if using cashew cheese sauce instead)

    2 scallions, finely chopped

2 oz blue cheese, crumbled (omit if dairy free)

    1. Heat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and the most important ingredient - BUFFALO HOT SAUCE. Fold in chicken, Monterey Jack, and scallions.
    2. Transfer mixture to 2 shallow 2-cup baking dishes, top with blue cheese, and bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
    3. Place inside a SnapBasket Thermo for easing toting to your party or to keep it warm before guests arrive.
    4. Serve with a baguette, chips, carrots, and/or celery sticks.

Ice Ice Baby. An ice cold beverage is a MUST at any party. A lot of our friends and family shared with us a need to keep beverages cold during parties or gatherings without having to take up room in the fridge where all the food prep was being stored. But no one likes storing those big coolers in their garage or on their porch when not in use. Introducing your party’s MVP, the Party Tub. This leakproof powerhouse collapses flat for easy storing, can be wiped down clean in seconds, and comes in two sizes: 36 cans and 60 cans. And don’t worry about making sure the bottle opener stays in one spot for your guests, we built one into the handle! You're welcome.

B-I-N-G-O. As if the game, commercials, food, and drinks aren’t entertaining enough, we made a Super Bowl Bingo for you to pass out to your guests (talk about you becoming the Host of the Year). Click here to print these bingo cards out and the first player to cross off five items in a row WINS. Prize ideas? We might be biased, but we heard the Party Tub or SnapBasket Thermo are crowd pleasers 😉

Have a Happy Super Bowl Sunday!
